Sunday Home Inspections LLC is based in Sarasota, FL. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect information you provide through our website, inspection services and text messaging program.
Information we collect and use
We collect information you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, brokerage, inspection requests and communication preferences. We use it to respond to questions, coordinate inspections, provide our services and manage the communication choices you make.
Text messaging and consent
Providing your phone number alone does not enroll you in text messages. You may separately choose to receive texts about inspection requests, scheduling and replies to your questions, and occasional promotional texts such as agent updates and offers. Both choices are optional. You may submit the form without selecting either choice. Consent to texts is not a condition of purchase and is separate from email signup.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Forms and booking
Our agent contact form is provided through GoHighLevel / LeadConnector. Online scheduling is provided through Spectora. These services help process the information you submit for the requested purpose. Their own privacy policies also describe how they operate their services.
Google Analytics
Google Analytics 4 loads automatically on each page to measure visits and interactions. It may use cookies and collect technical information such as page URLs, browser and device information, and referral information. Google Signals and advertising personalization are disabled.
This site does not use an analytics consent banner or condition analytics loading on saved consent choices, Global Privacy Control, or Do Not Track signals. Browser settings or blocking tools may independently prevent analytics from loading.
Microsoft Clarity and session recording have been removed. Read Google’s Privacy Policy for information about Google’s processing.
Our custom click and quote-start events do not include form entries, names, email addresses, phone numbers, property addresses, or quote amounts. Standard page measurements may include URL query strings and fragments. Call, text, and booking clicks measure interest; they do not confirm a completed conversation or booking. We do not track interactions inside the embedded Spectora scheduler.
Data security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your personal information, including phone numbers and SMS consent records, from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. Access is limited to Sunday Home Inspections and the service providers who help us run our business, and they are required to keep it confidential. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and will notify you as required by law if a breach occurs.
