Tampa has designated historic districts, including Hyde Park. Historic status can affect questions about past alterations and future work. An inspection evaluates visible condition; it does not establish whether a renovation received every required approval.
Your inspection is visual and non-invasive. Safe access and the inspection agreement determine the scope. Thermal imaging is included with full home inspections; standalone insurance inspections do not include it.
